  • Customers are encouraged to bring own sun protection, wears, sandal, insect repellent, camera, waterproof casing & water-resistant bag.
  • Outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions and may be reorganized to best meet operational situations.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The pick up service from apartment was timing, he even offered us a pit stop to grab some breakfast before our rafting. Linking up with the guides at the breakout was smooth as well, then we hopped into their vehicle and drove to the break in point. After a short breif, we were on our, enjoying the waters and have some rest points in-between to take photos. Will definitely recommend this activity to friends and family. Thank you for a very memorable day of rafting.
