The Batur Caldera is a wonderful alternative to Mount Batur trekking for people who would prefer to avoid the crowd, with even more spectacular views. The hike is a little easier, and so may be preferable for families with children. Boat ride included.

  • Hotel pickup in Ubud area: May be grouped with other guests.
  • Flashlight provided. Rain pancho and walking sticks available upon request.

Beautiful discovery of Mount Batur with Nano who is a good guide with beautiful photography skills. The climb is tiring but worth it. The sky was clear, it was great.

On a choisi l option de visiter la Caldera plutôt que le sommet du Mont Batur. Super choix ! On était tout seul avec notre guide, la balade en bateau sur le lac à la frontale ajoute à l ambiance. La randonnée n est pas difficile (avec des chaussures de trek). Le point de vue magnifique s est dégagé avant le mont batur qui était accroché par les nuages. Le guide était très sympa. Au top. Pour finir nous avons passé 2h00 dans les sources d eaux chaudes ce qui fini la journée en beauté

Best trekking with the best guide to the sunrise ???? we started around 3:30 under the volcano, our trip takes with the rest 1,5 hour. On the top, we had a breakfast with tea and coffee. thanks a lot ❤️
