You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

They had no record of my booking & there was no shuttle to collect me. Girls at the info desk helped me to contact the company. A representative arrived & finally sorted a shuttle for me.

27.September to 05.October 2018 Got a driver organized through our hotel In Ubut for transport from Denpasar to Ubut. Absolutely lovely young guy, Ubut Local, charged 350000 IDR for one way. Always punctual. We hired him later direct for a 5 hour sightseeing tour around Ubut, also 350000 IDR for the 2(!) of us. Rice Terraces, Water Temple and Luvak Coffee Plantation On the tour he told me about his favorite Balinesian Sweet Black Rice Dish...i ask him where can I get it from, i would like to try ?! ....The very next day he went out to a market on his own to buy it and "delivered" i to us to the hotel...and didn't even wanted any money for it!!! Unbelievable! His name is TUDE and his number is +62 878 6118 0834, he can be contacted or organized via Whatsapp. We were very happy with his service.
