Two thumbs up for Astrid Prajogo, the brain behind this Food Tour and Bli Puri Ana, our guide for Ubud Heritage food tour. I took foreign journalists to experience Bali from its culinary attraction and they couldn't stop saying that it was the best food tour experience. We got a chance to see the making of the best babi guling 'bu Oka' and bebek betutu 'pak Rimpin' as well as cooking class with one of Balinese Master, I Gusti Nyoman Darta. How they preserve their heritage and at the same time serve the best Balinese food in my life, are above and beyond! Envy me enough?

I've been travelling quite often to Bali. Finally there's something new in the island. I enjoyed amazing authentic local food that tasted very very Balinese and learnt the stories behind it.
