If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

We had an amazing time. The snorkeling was great and we saw so many turtles. All in all great day. Food was good too

Great overall. Ferry infrastructure was not great as there was no pier for boarding. Had to brave the waves to get on board a moving boat which is somewhat risky. Ferry was also cramp. However, these are not issues under the control of the tour agent. Saw construction activity for the piers but I think they will take 2 years to be ready.
There was a last minute change in pick up timing from 630am to 930am. The tour agent called the night before and explained that conditions will be better for afternoon snorkelling which was sound advice because (1) way less crowded in the afternoon and (2) more importantly, we listened to the agent's advice on the tides and conditions for snorkelling. Manta will only come when the sea conditions are ideal. We had the amazing opportunity to swim very close to around 10 Mantas at Manta Bay.
Private snorkelling and the boat reserved for my family was good. The local guide and the boatman we had at Nusa Penida were very good and friendly.
The only qualm I had was the driver who picked us up from the pier for the return back to our hotel. He was coughing consistently and during this post pandemic period, I guess everyone will not appreciate being stuck in a car with a driver coughing throughout the whole 45 mins ride. We used several other drivers during this Bali trip and this was the worst experience we had.

Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
