Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of one suitcase and one carry-on bag. You must advise at the time of booking if you will be carrying any additional or oversized luggage items such as surfboards or golf clubs. Extra charges will apply and must be paid locally.

In the event of couldn't find their name on the signage, please proceed and wait at THE FLIGHT INFORMATION DESK, our airport representative will meet them at the meeting point.
Please do not accept any offer from the local taxi driver or legal transport company around the arrival hall. Once, the clients accepted the offer there will be NO REFUND
Full cancellation applies in the event of No Show.
Please be informed that during pick up airport our standby time is 2 hours counting start from flight arrival time (based on flight detail), after 2 hours our driver/guide will leave the area unless guest had informed that the guest might delay or taking more time due to particular reason.

Surcharge for midnight flight transfer 23.00 – 05.59 at USD 3/Person/Way (dept Pick up time is 3 hrs. prior)
Surcharge for midnight flight transfer 23.00 – 05.59 at 20% to/from Padma Ubud under Ubud Area Price/Person/Way (dept Pick up time is 3 hrs. prior)
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Very good - Driver was at the airport on time. He was very friendly and provided a few things to do whilst in Ubud. Also made contact during our stay to offer other tours, however we had made booking prior to our arrival.
