Upon arrival at Denpasar International Airport, you will be welcomed by your attentive driver at the arrival gate with a sign board with your name on it. Very clear communication from the start put me at ease. I was also given my driver's details if I needed to contact them when I arrived. He messaged me with a picture of the sign he would be holding and where he would be. They were responsive to my messages when I told them I would be delayed. My driver called PIT was lovely and made me feel very welcome. My guesthouse was tricky to find but he parked the car and escorted me to the door. Thank you so much!
