Our driver was in contact with us via whats app 2 days prior to us arriving. When we arrived in Bali he messaged us again advising he was waiting for us at the end of the line. Walked towards the end of a long line of drivers waiting for other people & was easy to locate our driver holding a big sign with my name on it! I'm sorry I'm not good with remembering names but he was very pleasant. He even stopped at a currency exchange place with great rates to exchange money. We were extremely pleased we made it to our villa in seminyak quickly. ????????

The pickup and drop off was on schedule. Courteous and trained driver, comfortable van. I will recommend this service to all.
