Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of one suitcase and one carry-on bag. You must advise at the time of booking if you will be carrying any additional or over sized luggage items such as surfboards or golf clubs. Extra charges will apply and must be paid locally.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The car arrived in time, the ride was smooth.
The driver even did not introduce himself and did not have a nice word to us. It was not a question either whether we would like to listen to the radio in the car.
The only thing I did not understand who the one was sitting next to the driver? A his fellow, just been given him a lift? They were chatting all the way to the airport and enjoyed the radio program and their time together.
