This half day tour packs in a trio of prestigious temples. Discover Taman Ayun and Alas Kedaton before heading to Bali's most photographed temple - Tanah Lot, where you'll witness the iconic sunset.
The tour kicks off at Taman Ayun, a royal family temple of the Mengwi Empire. Translating to 'beautiful garden', it is regarded as one of the most attractive temples in the country. Explore the grounds which are impressively surrounded by a lake. Next up is Alas Kedaton, a small forest and sacred temple located in the middle of a rice field. You'll be joined by monkeys which inhabit the area.
We'll round things off with a visit to the famous Tanah Lot, one of Bali's most prestigious temples and sunset spots. Perched on a rock in the middle of the sea, the Hindu shrine is famed for its unique offshore setting. What better way to end the tour than watching the orange sun sink below the horizon.

This tour was very good, the guide Made Widia had a lot of knowledge and took us though some little villages to see how the locals lived which was very interesting and to the place where we had some very good coffee made on site. The driver Putu did very well as there was a lot of road closures that day due to the festival's taking place the next day.

We had a very friendly and good-tempered guide who had lots of funny stories from his life, but also provided some important facts and information about Bali and the temples visited. We enjoyed our time together. Thank you!

Great tour of three temples close to Denpasar. Our driver and guide were excellent and did not try to take us to shops or other places we did not want to go.
The tour was interesting and as all entry fees were included it meant we did not have to worry about anything throughout the afternoon. Our first stop was in Mengwi at the Royal Temple, Tamun Ayun which was a traditional temple surrounded by gardens. Very peaceful and not too crowded.
The second stop was the Monkey Forest which was great but the guide at the forest laid the praise on a little thick and then we were barricaded into her shop as she tried to shame us into buying something. This has nothing to do with the company providing the tour but is a bit annoying and uncomfortable. It was nice to see the monkeys and bats around the forest despite the hassles.
The last stop was Tanah Lot which was inundated with tourists but the location was spectacular and well worth the visit. Overall, I'd recommend the tour as it was a good way to visit these sights comfortably and conveniently.
