TERRIBLE! No communication from this operator! For our very limited vacation time we book this tour weeks in advance and dedicate the day for these sites, and the operator never showed up! Strongly recommend not using this tour operator! What a disappointment!

Our guide, Dede, was an incredible guide! From the moment of the pick up, he made sure picked us up at our hotel instead of the only available pickup place. He was very thoughtful in explaining the route and made sure everything was according to our expectations. Dede ensured our experience of the Tirta Temple was unique. I would 100% recommend this private tour. Our Bali experience without this tour wouldn’t be the same.
