  • Family tickets valid for 2 Adults and 2 Children only (between 2-11 years old).
  • No outside food and drinks can be brought into the park.
  • Children under 11 years old must be accompanied by an Adult.
  • Pets are not allowed in the park.
  • Guests may be asked to present a valid form of identification matching the name shown on the ticket.
  • During the peak season period June to August, entry on preferred date may not be available if Waterbom has reached its maximum capacity.
  • Operational hours from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM
  • Tickets can't be rescheduled
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The park is great We went as a family with 4&5 year old kids They could only go on two rides which was disappointing but the rides were great fun. They could play in the fun park without concerned parents having to be helicopters….. The perfect age is 8 up as then the kids could do all the rides. Us adults had a great time as ALL the slides are fantastic. GET THERE EARLY! Or wait for long periods on some rides.

Absolutely fantastic! I went with my family ages 25-60 years old. We pre-booked and got there as doors opened at 9am. By 10:30 we had done majority of the rides in the park because there were no cues. We went on a weekday by 10:30 - 11am there were small lines with the longest being about a 10min wait. We booked a gazebo online making the day easy with all our stuff in one place and also a small safe. Arriving early there were lots of sun beds and gazebos available as they only sell 50% online. From our point of view the food and drink was no more expensive than the average Seminyak prices. You can take 1 water bottle in each and we also took in our own towels. The slides are great something for everyone. Highly recommended going!

We had a large family group visit Waterbom Bali in April '23 - what a brilliant day out! The waterpark was spotless, the staff were always smiling and ready to help, safety was paramount and food options were awesome. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for another visit. Great fun for all ages.
