We paid $350 in advance for airport transport from DCA to Annapolis. The arriving flight was delayed, when its arrival was confirmed, FKS Transportation informed us that they had no driver available, leaving 9 international visitors stranded at 11:30 pm and no means to reach their destination. We requested a refund of our advance payment due to no service being rendered but they refused any refund. Flight delays are a common occurrence, do not use FKS if you want to have confidence that your driver will be there when the flight arrives!
