What a wonderful experience being up in the clouds experiencing the amazing handmade buildings, perfectly sculptured manicured gardens. The cable car ride was so much fun. This place is wheelchair accessible but they use escalators when no lifts. They are very professional and well experienced doing this. My Mum is 74yrs and felt safe going up and down. Priority service is given to wheelchair people. The place is magical, so much to see and do. We spent 7hrs there and that was not long enough. Very busy place and sunscreen is needed.

Very well-organized trip. Our guide was super helpful and friendly. His English was impeccable. We love Bana hills and will definitely come back.
