  • Prior to your travel date, your hotel and flight details MUST be advised to tour operator so they may allocate your transfer. If you do not indicate this at the time of booking, you will be required to call and advise them of this information directly.   • Luggage is limited to one piece of luggage and one piece of hand luggage free of charge per person. Oversized or excess luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) will only be carried at the discretion of the tour operator and may be subject to an additional charge. Please label luggage including full address. No responsibility is accepted by the tour operator for loss or damage to luggage, personal and/or valuable items
  • Duration is approximate and subject to change due to traffic or weather.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

We rode from Jasper to Lake Louise with Mike driving and Cheyanne as our guide. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable about all we saw and experienced. Mike was great at spotting wildlife and slowed or stopped when possible for photos. Cheyanne was very sensitive and helpful with elderly travelers even procured a wheelchair for one man to go on the skywalk.

I was at the desk to check in at 3:30 (the stated time of departure) and the folks at the desk told me the shuttle already left and they couldn’t call operator. I ended up having to rent a car and drive to Banff myself
