If you need any support during your trip, a quick phone call will provide you assistance. Returns are just as convenient and easy as delivery.  When you are finished with your rentals, pickup is provided from your lodging.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We had a wonderful experience with the kind gentlemen of Black Tie Ski rental in Banff. They took the time to properly fit us. What is more, is that after sustaining an injury they were very understanding in the request for an early return and a partial refund. They were prompt in all matters. I cannot recommend them enough!
