Stand Up Paddleboarding(SUP) is the most unique way to explore the Rocky Mountains and the waterways within them. Johnson Lake is one of the most stunning lakes on the planet. Turquoise waters welcome you to paddle in its serenity, while Rundle and Cascade Mountains loom overhead.
  • All tours include SUP, paddle, leash, PFD (personal flotation device), whistle, and booties to keep your feet warm.

Maggie was an amazing guide with the right balance of encouraging us to stretch our limits and understanding. We had a great time learning something new and enjoying the beautiful scenery!

The intro to SUP was amazing! Ryan was a fantastic instructor and we were up standing on our boards in no time! So much fun! I would recommend this to anyone (and I’d also recommend the wet suit rental if you think you’ll be in the water at any point)

Ryan is a great coach. He was very patient with us and let us take it at our own pace. It was a calming, safe and comfortable experience.
