There is a huge idol of Nandi Bull inside the temple, measuring 4.5 m in height and 6.5 m in length. This idol is said to have been carved out of a single rock. The bull also has a small iron plate on its head. As per tradition, this plate prevents the bull from growing.

The day tour of Bengaluru was fantastic, with a well-planned itinerary that covered the five major sights of the city. The Palace was a majestic sight that left a lasting impression on me, and Shiva's extensive knowledge about the city made the tour even more enjoyable. The Bull Temple was another highlight of the tour, with its intricate carvings and artwork. The Flower Market was a fascinating experience with its rich history and vast scope. I highly recommend booking a tour with the Adventuresome team, whose expertise and knowledge were outstanding, and driver Mohit, who ensured a smooth and comfortable ride despite the chaotic traffic. This was my second visit to Bengaluru, and the tour exceeded my expectations.
