  • Please present this ticket with your passport to redemption and exchange the physical ticket at counter (Check-in at 6.00 pm)
  • Please note for Dinner Cruise Ticket same date visit cut-off time is 7.00 pm (TH Time).
  • Relocate the check-in point for Dinner Cruise boats from Pier 2 to Gate 4 starting at 5:00 PM.
  • After registration is completed, all boats should instruct customers to gather in line at Gate 4 to check the number of customers before boarding. The operations team will then guide customers in a line to the pier, leading them through the walkway to Pier 1 and then to Pier 2.
  • From 7:30 PM to 7:45 PM, there will be no boats docking at Pier 2, and there will be no customers waiting at Pier 2.
  • The Chao Phraya Princess boat, scheduled for 7:30 PM, will be relocated to dock at 8:00 PM at Pier 4.
This experience is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

    Really beautiful place. Has great facilities and fun slides and wavepool. It was almost empty so no lines and great loungers. A few minor glitches but they will get them ironed out. We were able to get half price tickets otherwise it would be quite expensive for many. No outside food or beverages but you can bring water. Food was pretty good and not super expensive.
