You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I booked a private tour for my wife, mother in law and baby. They had a wonderful time and the tour guide (Kiki) was excellent. Very accommodating and helped take lots of memorable photos. They were really pleased with the tour and had lots of positive feedback to say about Kiki and the driver. Highly recommended.

Guide Kiki and driver Pat were very nice and accommodating to our needs. They took care of the elderly in the group very well and were very responsible. Guide Kiki was also very knowledgeable and friendly, sharing with us the interesting facts of the different places of interest in Bangkok. Highly recommended. ????????????
