    Offering this tour both in the morning as well as in the afternoon, our guide and driver pick you up from your hotel in Bangkok for 4 hours of getting an impression of the most stunning temples of Bangkok. Our tour commences at the temple with the invaluable Golden Buddha. Located in Bangkok’s thriving Chinatown district, Wat Trimitr (also called Wat Traimit) is best known as the home of the largest known solid gold Buddha image in the world. Standing at 15 feet tall and weighing in at approximately 5.5 tons, this 700-year old statue has an interesting history.

  • Wat Phra Chetuphon, Bangkok, Thailand
    Driving through Chinatown, we arrive shortly at the grounds of Wat Po. This large and extensive temple neighbors the Grand Palace enclave and contains a gigantic gold plated Reclining Buddha, some 46 meters long and 15 meters high, with beautifully inlaid mother-of-pearl soles. Considered to be one of the worlds’ most famous temples, Wat Pho is also regarded as the first centre of public education and is sometimes called ‘Thailand’s first university’

  • Wat Benchamabophit (The Marble Temple), Bangkok, Thailand
    Finally, we stop at Wat Benjamaborpitr or also called the White Marble Temple, one of the finest examples of Thai architecture and noted for its elegant white marble façade. Designed by the foremost Thai architect of the time, Prince Narissaranuwatwong, the temple was constructed of imported Italian marble. Inside the main chapel, is situated the country’s most captivating Buddha’s image. After this introduction to Thai Buddhist temples, we bring you back to your hotel.

  • Transfers are only operated within the downtown Bangkok areas and restricted to main hotels only. Regions outside the central business district such as Khao San Road, Rattanakosin, Nonthaburi, Thonburi, Minburi, both International Airports, Ratchadapisek and upper Sukhumvit (Soi 55 and further) are excluded and supplementary charges apply.
  • We regret that are unable to provide pick-up and drop-off transfer services from and to apartment complexes, local guest houses or private apartments. We advise you kindly to head on your own arrangement to the nearest hotel inside the downtown Bangkok area.
  • Should you have booked a joint / Seat-In-Coach excursion, we are unable to communicate with you with accurate participation numbers, as these may change until the very last moment.
  • To respect local customs and respecting the religious sites and temples on this tour, it is customary for guests to take off their shoes before allowed entrance. Your guide will inform you in advance for which of these sites this is applicable.
  • As we enter a religious site, please follow the guide’s instructions by only going inside clearly-marked areas. These are set up for visitors and not to disturb locals when praying.
  • During this tour, we will enter religious sites where a dress code may be applicable. Please dress respectfully by wearing clothing that cover the knees and shoulders, avoid wearing clothing with bright, fluorescent colours of any kind, obscene prints or pictures, beach wear or strapless sandals / flip flops. Failure to comply may result in denying access into these sites.
  • We always will make efforts to confirm the exact pick-up time upon reservation. For any operational issues in which are not able to confirm the exact pick-up time in advance, we reserve the right to inform you the day before the departure of the tour.
  • Please ensure that you bring sunglasses, a hat /cap and sunblock with a high SPF factor when traveling with us on this tour – even when it is cloudy, the sunrays still have an immense power.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with the correct hotel information, should pick-up and drop-off services be included in the package. Any changes in accommodation outside 24 hours will be handled accordingly: changes within 24 hours may be on request.
  • In the event of no-show or change of accommodation without prior consent and confirmation from us within 24 hours may result in the applicable cancellation charges as outlined in the terms and conditions.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Nous avons fait un voyage en famille et sommes passés pour la deuxième fois par cette Agence sérieuse. C'est leurs représentants CFA voyage de Paris avec Émilie qui était en charge de notre dossier, a l’écoute et très réactive. Avec le décalage horaire, c'est bien d'avoir un contact en France. Bien préciser vos souhaits pour ce genre de voyage afin d’être sûr de ne rien rater au passage, il y a donc un travail de préparation à faire quand même et de ne pas hésiter d’appeler l’agence pour être sûr que sur chaque étape tout est ok. Pour un premier voyage en Thaïlande vous pouvez leur faire confiance.

Una vergogna! Ho prenotato questa escursione da 135€ (confermata dal tour operator) mentre mi trovo nella hall dell’hotel dopo dieci minuti di ritardo dell’auto che doveva venirci a prendere, senza dirmi nulla, scrivo al tour operator che mi risponde che l’escursione è sold out e non sarà disponibile fino al 25 di dicembre! Una vergogna! Se non scrivevo io al tour saremmo rimasti lì senza alcuna spiegazione, intanto però i soldi li hanno presi!

We combined this afternoon tour (Wat Trimitr - Wat Pho - Wat Benchamapophit) with a morning tour of the Grand Palace and Wat Arun, so we got to see everything we wanted to do in Bangkok city in one day. Our tour guide was Ben, a great guide who speaks good English. She even found us refuge in a wonderful, elegant café (the sole customers!) when we had to take a break from the tour during an afternoon monsoon downpour! Thoroughly recommended tour from Asian Trails (we had a private tour), where the guide gives you enough time and information at every temple.
