    Excellent service from the time we were collected to immigration and baggage was about 30 minutes super efficient and will definitely use again.

    Vendor simply did not show up at the appointed waiting spot upon arrival, despite there being other vendors clearly waiting for their clients at same place. Had to go to immigration by ourselves. Luckily was a short line. Had to struggle with Viator to try to get refund. Horrible experience. Never again.
