I went for the half day course with my partner. Wan was a professional instructor and taught us how to carve vegetables into decorative pieces of art for food presentation. She is very passionate about her work and would patiently help the students one by one . As this was our first time at food carving, it was not easy but we enjoyed ourselves and were amazed by how simple carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes can look so fancy!!
