The driver was very prompt picking us up from the hotel. He was very polite and helped us with the luggage. The van was large and clean. The ride to the airport was painless. Thank you.

We arrived on a domestic flight from Chiang Mai to BKK airport. The driver is waiting for us right outside of the luggage area. We spotted her right away with our name on the sign as we walked out. She asked us to follow her outside to the terminal and told us to wait for her as she went to drive the van over. The wait is about 15 minutes because the traffic at the airport was very heavy. When she came back, she helped us to put the luggage in the van. It is a large van, very clean. There is water waiting for us. She is a very safe driver. We arrived around 4pm, the traffic is very bad at this time and it took about one hour to reach our hotel. The driver doesn't speak much English, just the basic ones to tell us to follow her and wait for her. When I tried to ask a couple of questions, she was not able to understand me or answer my questions. That's OK for me because we hired her for transportation purposes, not a city tour :)

The driver is very prompt at the pick up time. She drives very safety and we arrived at the airport earlier than expected because there's no traffic in the morning. Her English skill is limited. Will not be able to answer questions if you want to know anything about the city. But we hired her mostly for the transportation, so that's OK.
