I bought two tickets and unfortunately we were not able to go that day. I tried contacting the vendor to see if they could change the date and never got a reply. It would have been nice to at least get a response to see if I had that option.

Wir hatten eine Ein-Tages-Tour gebucht. Zu Beginn der Fahrt funktionierte kaum ein Stecker/Modul zur Auswahl der Sprache. Erst nach mehrmaligem Chat in der App mit dem Büro hielt der Bus an und die Module wurden resettet. Auf halber Strecke fiel der Bus dann aus und wir mussten auf den Folgebus warten. Der war natürlich sehr voll und konnte nicht alle Gäste des vorherigen Busses aufnehmen. So entschlossen wir uns dann an der nächsten Station auszusteigen. Wir bekamen dann einen weiteren Tag gutgeschrieben. Den konnten wir aber aufgrund unserer Reiseplanung nicht nutzen. Die Beschreibung der Sehenswürdigkeiten in deutscher Sprache waren OK, hin und wieder schwer zu verstehen, weil anscheinend ein Übersetzungsprogramm benutzt worden war und jegliche Betonung, Punkt und Komma fehlten.

We never even got to board the bus. We showed up to the pick up location in Bangkok. As soon as we arrived, we saw the bus leave as we were walking up to the bus stop, we waited over one hour and it never showed up. We ended up taking a taxi to show us around the city. Waste of money.
