Booked a car with Taximeeter for our vacation for a BKK -> Hotel transfer. We travel with our almost 2 year old son and such a baby seat was required. Handing and communication was exceptional. I received information about the driver, license plate, the exact car as well as the exact location where to meet one day up front via WhatsApp. With photos. On our arrival I got another message with a picture of the driver and the sign. He was there on landing time so we had no wait at all. The car was clean and quite new (we booked a suv due to big baggage) and the driver was kind and helpful. We always felt safe and the experience was smooth, professional and exceptionally executed. Pricing was also absolutely reasonable. I experienced much worse "more professional" private car services around the world already. We booked our return transfer after that experience as well with Taximeeter and would do so again instantly. Everything was just as polished as the first trip. Best way to book is via WhatsApp. Just write them a message and they will get back to you with a quote. If you want or need a private car in Bangkok, use them. Highly recommend!
