My kids loved their ski lessons. Cool ski were really friendly and accommodating, even rescheduling a lesson that we missed because of the insane gondola queue. We hired all our equipment from them too. Their shop is near the gondola station and you can leave equipment there each day. Such lovely people.

Helpful, professional and friendly staff with great manners and every day, me and my friend were welcomed with a warm & big smile; very good equipment condition and the location is very near to the Gondola. I have had the best snowboard instructor, Tedi; he is very professional and a patient person. Due to his explanations and clear demonstrations, he made me believe that I can do it, I gained a lot of self confidence and I improved my skills. He pays attention to the body position and explaining to you what you should do to improve your movements. I couldn't ask for a better instructor!! I really enjoyed my time in Bansko, due to the people involved and I am looking forward for my next holiday. I highly recommend the Cool Ski School and Tedi.

awsome!!!!!!it is real good instruction for begginers, very caring and aelpful. we started with 0 experience, and know we feel big progress in only 3 days!
