The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Terrible experience. We used Traventuria for many years, this time we were a big group we paid more than 5k euros, we had some new snowboards and skiers, the staff was arrogant they didn’t help anybody, our friend was given 3 size bigger boots, the guy with the glasses was never friendly and start laughing in our face, that is horrible service honestly, we all paid for premium and we were give the same basic equipment like last year. please please don’t book with them are much better options and with friendly staff like TSAKIRS . Safe trip and enjoy the mountain

Great experience from Yanko. Hired skis and helmets and all was well. Also visited the Thermal Spas with the same company.
