We dad to call the provider as we had been forgotten but 40 minutes later we were picked up & taken along to Savvy on the Bay in Carlisle Bay. We were checked in by the very friendly Maureen & given 2 sunbeds & an umbrella on the most beautiful (in our opinion) beach / bay in Barbados. Savvy also had 2 bars, many food trucks & a steel band were playing whilst eating. A cheeseburger & chips was around £8 and a bottle of coke £2 so very reasonable indeed. With white sand & turquoise water, what's not to like ?

The tour departed late from the Barbados pier. Then when we arrived at Carlisle beach - savvy the staff on site did not have our reservation. The beach was full from a last minute reservation of 140 people. Therefore after an hour of trying to sort out with your company…we had to negotiate with the staff at the venue to get 8 chairs and umbrellas that were included in our package. No one from your company was there to assist. We hsd to dish our more money. We lost over 1 1/2 hour and overpayed for the tour. Next time we will get our own arrangements

The water is absolutely gorgeous (don’t forget sunscreen) and the sand is soft, with a mixture of white, red, and pink sand. There are multiple options for food and plenty to drink. Also pending on the day there is live music. Our driver picked us up directly from our hotel and brought us right back at the requested times. He was very friendly and provided lots of spots we should see before leaving.
