Boat staff was great at leading snorkeling trips, showing us where sea turtles and ship wrecks were at. The staff was committed to providing a fun experience and even ensured we were well fed and had plenty of drinks. Overall a great experience! We even saw a whale, which was a great way to close the cruise. We highly recommend this company for a great catamaran cruise experience.

From pick up to drop off, we had a great time. The staff was lovely, the food was good, and the views were amazing.

ago We are going to file a formal complaint against this company. We were on cool runnings catermeran cruise and snorkel. We made our first stop and there were 2 cool runnings catermerans. We were snorkeling with the group we thought was our group. Apparently it was the other group. When we realized the boat was leaving, we proceeded to swim to the boat. At that time (batman) yelled at us that the boat was leaving and that's what we get for not following our group. He yelled at us to climb up at the back of the boat. I am 57 years old with a hip replacement and breast cancer survivor. My husband weighs 280 lbs. He's a big man. They proceeded to humiliate us in front of the whole boat. Even Eddie the captain refused to let us use the front ladder. Every one was watching us. I have bruises on my knees from trying to climb up from the back of catermeran. My husband could barely mustar the strength to get up. Batman(that's what they said his name was in the beginning) yelled at us and said, "thats wht you get"! On our next stop batman again yelled at us in the water to follow the group, in front of every one. We were totally humiliated. Eddie the captain did not do a head count or nothing when every one finished snorkeling. The safety of this catermeran was terrible. They know how to humiliate someone but not think about safety at all. We could have been left and they woukd never have known a thing. Eddie was too busy dancing with a blonde next to him while he was driving the catermeran than paying attention to any thing. We are filling a formal complaint with trip advisor, viator and sandals barbados. We will never recommend barbados to any one. We are also letting our travel agent know as well, so that she can advise her future clients. I hope sandals pull their pamphlet for guests safety.
