    We start and end our boat trips Mallorca, in the Port of Palma in front of the Palma Auditorium. Each person will receive a glass during check-in on board that they will use throughout the trip.

    From this moment our drinks service is open during the entire boat trip in Mallorca. Our live DJ & artist will start your session smoothly, as we leave our starting point. Enjoy fantastic panoramic views, inside the Port of Palma, as well as the majestic cruise ships docked during your stopover. Leaving the same port on the right hand side we can see "La Seu" (The Cathedral-Basilica of Santa María in Palma also called Mallorca Cathedral is the main religious building on the island of Mallorca. In Catalan, it is known as La Seu.

disappointing, the only good part was a good music and food was ok. other than that, we stopped only in one place instead of two stops, there was no life jackets nor noodles for staying long in the water snorkling equipments were not good , there was nothing to see anyway. I just think they are too busy and don't care about qua lity of excursion service and staffs were good, it is just not well put together excurions , boat is very old but beautifully designed and moves a lot, you can get sea sick pretty fast.

No puedo dar una opinion sobre el viaje en si ya que no lo realizamos. Sin embargo me gustaria comentar que el dia Jueves 10 de Julio amanecio lloviendo fuertemente, tratamos de comunicarnos con la empresa desde muy temprano, 2 horas antes del viaje y nunca contestaron el telefono, ni los mensajes por whatsapp, queriamos saber si el paseo se iba a llevar acabo por tema del clima, nunca se nos contesto. No fuimos al lugar donde se nos citaba por que estaba lloviendo. Quiero ser objetivo con mis comentarios, el servicio al cliente es pesimo, al dia de hoy nadie me ha contactado, el viaje fue pagado al 100%. Sin embargo no dudo que el viaje y la experiencia puedan ser muy buenos.
