  • Failure to show up at the established check-in time may entail losing the tour.
  • The duration of the tour includes the round trip to the destination.
  • On windy days the cable car may not operate for safety reasons.
  • Any person failing to appear at the established time will not be refunded
  • The minimum number of participants for the paella activity is 2. If there is only one person, it will be cancelled and a partial refund will be given.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Guide Roger is good - patient and knowledgeable. Tour is best for first day visiting. Tour description definitely missing details of what is actually included, may repeat aspects of other tours they provide. For highlights, you’re better off with the hop on hop off bus. Use the guided tours for specific areas of interest.
