We were originally booked on this tour but given the option to change to the city tour due to a guide not being available. Pier was our guide and he was very knowledgeable. We have two teenagers who were sceptical about the tour but they loved it too! Interesting information given, great sights seen and a good introduction to our stay in Barcelona!

Mittelmäßig. Wir hatten eine 3-stündige deutschsprachige Fahrradtour mit Max. 8 Personen auf den Berg Montjiuc gebucht. Wir bekamen eine Tour auf Englisch/Französisch mit 15 Personen. Während der Tour stellte sich heraus, dass wir nicht den Berg Montjiuc anfahren . Stattdessen schoben wir unserer Räder durch das volle gotische Viertel. Anscheinend hatte man sich vertan und uns der falschen Tour zugeordnet . Unsere eigentliche Tour wäre aber auch nicht zustande gekommen, das erfuhren wir im Nachhinein . Unser Tourguide Alex war sehr nett und bemüht. Er schloss der eigentlichen Tour sogar noch außerplanmäßig einen Abstecher zur Sagrada Familia an. Ihn traf keine Schuld für die schlechte Orga . Am Ende bekamen wir einen Teil der Kosten erstattet und man entschuldigte sich.

They were HORRIBLE .The night before I tried to contact them to change the time but no one replied. When I went there they said there is no tour guide and that they “tried to contact me”but they couldn’t because my number was wrong ???? I showed them the text I sent them to change the time as proof that they had my number if they really tried to contact me they were surprised and said “ooh we did not see it!!!! But If you want there is another tour at another time”.I did not like the way they handled it they did not even tried to explain why the tour is on the website when there is no guide!!! Where is the tour guide!!!! Over all I do not recommend them.
