Driver was an hour late. Good service after that. Good car and driver. Met at the airport and was courteous

First there was an issue with the booking coordinator (or similar). Several times they "asked" me to correct the information since they couldn't believe that I've filled in correct flight number and arrival time. I had to double check my booking and I also had to spend time talking to the airline company to confirm everything... And guess what, the plane landed at the time I've specified!! No apology, and no explanation from the company. A driver was there when we arrived and that was good (didn't expect that), but the ride to the hotel was not very smooth. A young driver and an exclusive car, do I need to say more?

After arriving on schedule from Hong Kong and completing Immigration/Customs formalities we entered the arrival area of the Barcelona Airport Terminal the previously booked and prepaid private car transfer driver was not in attendance. He subsequently did some 15 minutes late; extended no apologies for his tardiness and guided us to his double parked vehicle outside. The booking and payment was made thru Viatour.
