Pia was our Leading Architect for the tour - she is excellent. She began the tour with historical context of Barcelona and then led us through the city giving invaluable insight into the buildings, parks, and roads along the way. She revealed the stories and systems behind the sights that I wouldn't have been able to see by myself. Besides the information that she had ready, Pia answered all of our groups questions about the city that we had. I certainly gained a greater understanding and appreciation for Barcelona, and I learned a lot about the field of architecture and urban planning as well. The tour was in English, which was great for my girlfriend and I visiting from New Orleans in the U.S.

LOVE THIS CITY Understanding someone takes a long time, so when you meet someone who introduces intimately and seriously a great friend and responder, then everything begins to reveal meaning. This tour, three hours which felt like a day we packed so much in visually, intellectually, dialectically that now we will never see things ever the same again. A tremendous, highly essential, unforgettable tour. Suddenly we become 'Barcelonites'. Don't hesitate to join this city, ever!

I took the tour Barcelona and Urbanism guided by Pia. She was brilliant providing endless information with a deep understanding which made the experience come alive. She made it very easy to understand Barcelona, connecting design, history, engineering, socialism, politics, curiosities, placing it all together in a way that I am sure that I would never find those information together in one book. Looking forward to take part of the other tours!
