Did a Mediterranean Cruise on Viking Ocean cruises and was disappointed that two of the optional tour excursions (Monserrat Abby and Park Guell) that I had been interested were sold out. I contacted Barcelona Day Tours and easily arranged for a small group day tour to Monserrat Abby/Barcelona Highlight which included optional purchase for skip the line Park Guell guided tour. The tour vehicle picked us up and dropped off our party at pier directly alongside where ship was docked. The tour guide Marta was extremely knowledgable and provided us with a fabulous tour of each location we visited. Definitely would highly recommended to book any Barcelona excursion with this company. They were very cooperative & responsive to all questions prior to booking cruise and all my traveling partners were in total agreement that this experience far surpassed our expectations on this excursion.

We were picked up by cab at our hotel and then taken to a mini bus, there we met our tour guide Marta. She was awesome . She explained every detail on everything we saw. We were on the City Tour and there was a lot to take in . The Le Merce Festival was taking place that weekend .Many streets were blocked off. She wanted us to see some of the parade so we parked the mini van and we made our way through the crowd. What fun. We went to Park Guell and we were very impressed with Gaudi's work and the architecture. We covered a lot of the highlights of Barcelona and thanks to Marta who made the tour so very interesting .We were dropped off at our cruise ship with plenty of time to checkin .
