Although description lists Mercedes van or similar and free bottled water you should expect a yellow taxi Toyota Prius and no water. This service is basically brokered to taxi companies but you are led to believe luxury. I tried repeatedly following up with the provider with absolutely ZERO response. (I tried contacting them before our trip to change times, but they did not respond until less than 24 hours before our scheduled time (23.5 hours before) when it was too late to change or cancel. Buyer beware of Elife Limo and now I guess Trip Advisor for such deceptive practices.
