  • Infants (up to 2 years old) and children (up to 6 years old) must be seated in a baby or child seat. Please ensure you select the number of infants or children travelling so that the seat can be provided at the time
  • Transfers from hotels located outside Barcelona metropolitan area are subject to an additional cost (fee depends on the location) to be paid before the transfer, even when the booking has been confirmed. The transfer will be cancelled should this additional fee not be paid.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The operator kept saying it kept hanging up on us as we were trying to figure out why the car was so early when we changed the day before, very unprofessional.. I'm requesting a refund

Transfer from hotel to cruise ship port. Despite messaging in the app AND calling the day before, the driver never showed. Had to chat with Viator to get help, when driver was 30 minutes late. Viator said my party was a “no show” - we were outside the hotel 15 minutes before the pick up time. 15 minutes after the pickup time I called the tour/taxi operator. Told me not to worry driver will call when we arrives. No call, no text no driver. 50 minutes after the pickup time we found our own taxi. Paid 1/4 of the booked price. Viator will try to process a refund. Very disappointing.

Driver was very prompt, he arrivedd on time and was very good at providing his location since parking was a problem at the hotel.
