  • Transfers from hotels located outside Barcelona metropolitan area are subject to an additional cost (fee depends on the location) to be paid before the transfer, even when the booking has been confirmed. The transfer will be cancelled should this additional fee not be paid.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I was vacationing in Spain with 8 friends and planned a transfer from the hotel to the cruise ship. They showed up at wrong time. Came 5 hours too early. I tried to call to see about getting another ride and the person hung up on me! After numerous emails, they refused to refund me. Their customer service is horrible, especially if you are out of the country. Would not recommend!!!

Driver was at the hotel right on time. Nice clean vehicle. Was very heavy rain outside but we were comfortable with the drivers driving.

My driver never arrived. I called serval times and was told that he could not be located and another one was not available. After the driver NEVER showed up or called, after 45 minutes the hotel arranged for a taxi for us. We were very late considering our scheduled arrival time. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
