  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

We gave our driver a half hour window (9:30-10) to meet us at the port. We got there at 9 and stayed till 11. He never showed up!! We even had port staff looking for a person holding a sign with our name (and they tried to call the number listed on the booking)! We ended up having to take a taxi to the airport (additional money spent and no tour). We're extremely disappointed and angry. This was a lot of wasted money.

Scam. Do not book false advertisement. This is for a taxi ride not a TOUR of Barcelona. They use contractors.

Excellent tour! I Would highly recommend for cruise travelers who have a late flight! Driver picked us up and drove us sll over barcelo a to points of interest and stopped where ever we wanted, while we got out he dtayed in car with luggage!! A++
