Great trip to see Andorra and do a short nature walk Sebastian our guide was excellent and his excellent english complemented our poor spanish

We wanted to go to another small country in Europe. It was beautiful to be up in the mountains. Our driver Sebastian was very easy to understand and friendly, and flexible on where we wanted to spend our time. Be aware that we could not access mobile data in most areas which prohibited us from finding the church. There are some free WiFi options in certain areas but spotty. Recommend downloading map information before going. As this was a very long time in the car, it was a bit uncomfortable with 3 women travelers in a small back seat of a small car. Be sure to ask what size vehicle you should expect depending on the size and weight of your traveling group.

Antonio confused the day of our tour, even though on Viator the date was correct. When requesting a refund, Antonio and the tour company refused even though I had an email of Antonio confirming the correct date of the tour. He then harassed me via Whatsapp when I asked him for a refund because he had, "rented a car." He was demeaning, spoke down to me, and I would never, ever, work with him or the company again. Because it was within the 24 hour window, Viator refused to give a refund. I will never be booking with Viator again.
