The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
At time of booking, passengers must provide departure airline and flight number and a working mobile telephone number with country code.
We use several vehicles with different characteristics to adapt to the needs of each client. All of our vehicles are official private Taxi.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

It is really just a cab. The driver was very limited in his use of English with little to no knowledge of the cities history. He got us to the airport but that was it.

I learned on my first trip to Europe not to rely on a taxi being there when you need it, and that not all European countries are Uber-friendly. I now take all the guesswork out of getting to the airport on time by arranging a private transfer ahead of time. Indus Pickups were prompt with communications, setting and confirming a pickup time was easy, the driver was at my hotel ahead of the pickup time, and dropped us off at the exact door for my airline. He was courteous and professional and I would use Indus Pickups again and would absolutely recommend them to others.
