Terrible customer experice. I bought the Hola aerobus combined ticket onlire. Which consist of 2 type of tickets. When one of them for aerobus the QR code does not work at all. I have to pay in end for the trip. When i got back home and tried to claim refund for the aerobus portion, the cusomer services team took aa long time(nearly 2 weeks) to reply and in end said they cannot refund. This is blatant cheating as they never delivered on what was sold. (a working QR code) Buy tickets online at your own risk. Esp thise that involved prepaid QR codes tickets.

It is convenient and easy to use. I booked it online and took the ticket at the first Metro station. I used it to go in all attractions of Barcelona.

Super easy to use, and valid for trams, buses and the metro (including the regional service to and from Barcelona Airport) we used this extensively for two days while visiting Barcelona. While the city is quite easy to get around on foot, we found hopping on and off public transport was quick and easy to do.
