  • Hop-on hop-off tickets are not available for infants aged from 0 to 6 years old, as passes are free of charge
  • Please note: the regular Madrid City Tour service may be affected due to ongoing events in the city, adverse traffic conditions or force majeure reasons out of our control.
  • IMPORTANT: Some of the stops are suspended due to the pedestrianization of Puerta del Sol. We will soon offer a new definitive touristic route.
  • The guided tour of Madrid is offered in either English or Spanish. You can check the information or make a reservation using the QR codes available on board the bus
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Sono salita più volte sul pullman e spesso l'auricolare non funzionava !a mio avviso fatto grave. Durante una corsa mi hanno detto di non salire sopra perché non c'era posto e poi hanno lasciato salire altri arrivati dopo di me .non sono ri.asta molto contenta .

There was a marathon that they did not warn us about and everyone was giving us different information as to where and when we can get the bus. We walked all around and we weren’t able to even get on. They don’t want to refund our money.

Были сегодня на экскурсии сити тур Мадрид. Во многих автобусах отключен русский язык. Как быть туристам из СНГ если на их родном языке озвучки нету? Те же украинцы слушают экскурсию на русском языке, так как нету озвучки на украинском языке. И вряд ли многие знают другой язык кроме русского. ???????????? Очень грязные автобусы.
