For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Seeing the buildings and sights of the city. Unfortunately the traffic was awful which made progress difficult. The trip is essential to get a feel for the city and heavy traffic is to be expected and we have taken similar trips in many cities. The only downside was that the announcer on the bus spoke the various stops too fast to be comprehensible. I know it is a tedious task,but please, a little slower?

Esta opinión es sobre el Autobús Naviluz, hemos estado haciendo el recorrido que aparece en la web con el numero 1. Es muy muy malo, no merece la pena gastar el dinero que vale 7€ adultos, no te dejan elegir entre los dos recorridos que hace, si haces el 2 no sabemos como es, porque al comprar la entrada no te dejan elegir recorrido, pero el 1 va por calles que apenas tienen iluminación navideña y es un recorrido completamente tristón. Para no repetirlo mas.
