Enjoy a relaxed 4-hour hiking tour to The “Montseny”. This mountain range is a Protected Natural Area, and a very representative spot of the Catalan identity as well. Today, new inhabitants are repopulating it, respectfully and with a high ecological consciousness, fruit of the esteem for the land they live in. A circular route will allow you to know this amazing environment with its former iron mines, a monumental Holm oak, shrines and amazing country houses. At lunch time, visit to a family of “new inhabitants”, running a rural hotel, that will offer you a real organic lunch with selected and local products. Tour is limited to 8 persons for a more personalized experience.

The scenery was beautiful and the hike was pleasant with my experienced guide. Our host for lunch made an incredible meal and the home’s history dating back to the 1300’s was memorable. I would highly recommend this tour if visiting Barcelona.

En fantastisk dag i bjergene med en super venlig og vidende guide Ferni. De flotteste bjerge og udsigter, interessante historier om eneboer, krige og religion. Viden om de planter og dyr vi så på vejen. Og udfordrende tur som i dag kan mærkes i benene. Sidst men ikke mindst, var vi heldige med en guide som var venlig, opmærksom og vidende. Frokosten var god og ikke mindst stedet hvor frokosten blev indtaget - at sige mere om det ville være en "spoiler", men glæd jer... Men alle var enige om at det var turens højdepunkt - både far og mor, men også peger på 14 og 10 år.
