Was a great time! The horseback riding was a very enjoyable way to see the mountains. Han was our guide and his information about the history of the monastery was very interesting! You may not have time for all the things on the mountain (hiking, tram, museum, food and shops, market), but still well worth it!

The guides for the excursion, Carlos for Montserrat and Laura for the horseback riding tour were absolutely fantastic! Carlos was very knowledgeable and throughly detailed the history of the monastery and the adjacent sites. There was sufficient time for exploring on your own and to visit local vendors offering cheese, honey, nuts, cherries and more. The horseback riding excursion was fantastic, the views were spectacular and the horses were well mannered, well groomed and very well cared for. Laura's love for the horses and the land is obvious, she was a fantastic guide. This excursion is suited for all levels of riding experience, do not hesitate to book whether this will be your first ride or your 5,000th!
