I went at 1pm for the 2.5 hour experience. There were 10 people and we made 5 paella. It was great. Everything was prepared and measured, but you still got the feeling of doing the work. Alex the host and John, the chef were great. Funny and full of energy, very helpful and good teachers. Lots of pride in the area and local products. It was great. The group was diverse and all nice people. It was great fun and I look forward to making paella at home. They also email recipes.
