De acuerdo con otra opinion de vuelo en la misma zona de la Cerdanya. Una decepción total. Ya havia volado con otra empresa en el Empordá y fué fantástico. Me hacia ilusion volar en la Cerdanya pero escogí un mal dia, el 11 de noviembre de 2023. Concidió que se les había estropeado un coche y llegaron agobiados. El globo no se movió de la zona del aeródromo mientras varios globos más de otras empresas se desplazaron en vàrias direcciones por todo el valle. Razón ?. No lo sé pero la impresion que me dió fue que no les dió la gana para poder volver a la base de Igualada lo más pronto posible. Una decepción. Y las reservas también un desastre. Te dicen que te reservan el dia y luego no te avisan. Cuando llamas tu, te dicen que ya está completo. No volaré más con esta empresa y no la recomiendo.

Eines vorweg: Die Ballonfahrt an sich war klasse! Gut organisiert und es ist spitze, dass die Firma auch Fahrten für Rollstuhlfahrer anbietet. Dennoch fühlen wir uns von camins de vent aus folgendem Grund abgezockt: ursprünglich haben wir eine Fahrt zwischen Weihnachten und Silvester gebucht. In dieser Zeit gibt es einen Holiday-Aufschlag und deshalb kostet die Fahrt 330 € pro Person. Aufgrund Covid-19 mussten wir unseren Urlaub in Spanien canceln. Um der Firma in dieser harten Zeit etwas Gutes zu tun, haben wir die Fahrt nicht komplett gecancelt, sondern wollten nur eine Gutschein über die Anzahlung. Gebucht haben wir dann für September unter der Woche, wenn die Fahrt pro Person 270 € kostet. Nach (!) der Fahrt wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass wir 330 € pro Person bezahlen müssen. Uns wurde also der Holiday-Aufpreis weiterhin berechnet, obwohl wir nicht in dieser Zeit gefahren sind! Sprich: Hätten wir damals komplett gecancelt und alles neu gebucht, hätten wir 60 € pro Person (!) gespart! Kundenservice sieht definitiv anders aus!! Fazit: Ballonfahren wollen wir definitiv wieder, aber NICHT mehr mit camins de vent!
