We invite you to take an easy walk of around 30 min to enjoy one of the most astonishing views of the natural park, but if you wish you can also decide to enjoy other activities that the mountain offers.

The legend says that in the year 880 some shepherd boys found a statue of the black madonna, the "Moreneta", in a grotto. A chapel was built on this site that soon became a place of pilgrimage.

If you feel like walking for around 30 min, you can have access to the Holy Cave, where, standing to the legend, the virgin is said to have appeared. The site has, since then, become an authentic center for pilgrimage and prayer. From there, you will also be able to see the Cross of San Miguel and the wonderful views from this side of the mountain. End your tour listening to the angelic voices of La Escolania de Montserrat, one of the oldest boys' choirs in Europe (subject to seasonal availability). This musical treat will conclude your mystical Montserrat visit.
