The Segrada Família and Park Guell tour itself was very good. Donetella did a wonderful job. What was very stressful was that In Out Tour tried to cancel our tour several times the day before our tour. We originally had a 9:30 private tour all set up for our last day in Barcelona and dinner reservations at 6:30 for our party of 14. This was set months before our trip. The day before our tour they called and said they couldn’t accomodate us and asked if we could do a 2:15 tour instead. We reluctantly changed our afternoon plans to accommodate the 2:15 tour, knowing that we’d probably have to cut our tour short to make our dinner reservations. The morning of the tour they called again asking us to change to a 6:15 tour. We told them this was unacceptable and they said they could do our 2:15 tour after all. This whole thing ruined our last day in Barcelona when it was supposed to be a relaxing and planned out day. Why go thru the trouble to plan a tour months ahead and have it turned upside down the last minute? Very unprofessional and caused undue stress. When I called Viator from Spain when they initially tried to change my reservation, Viator tried to sell me another tour at double the price and they didn’t try to help the current situation with In Out tour company. This experience makes it very questionable whether I’ll book with Viator again.
