If you register an address outside the city centre, we will inform you of the price difference, and you will have to pay it through a link that we can provide you with. If we don't receive a response 24 hours prior to the pickup time, the driver will drop you off at the city centre.

Driver did not show up with sign as promised. Taxi service tried to blame problem on us but apologized when I showed them our tickets and correspondence and offered a discount return ride to airport when we left. I was a horrible experience which I will never do again with Viator

Slow process through immigration in Barcelona. Driver did not wait. Poor communication from them. Had to find another method of transport to accommodation.

It was the worst. A complete waist of money terrible. The driver had us running all over the airport to find him.
